• When you check out, an order record is created and marked as unpaid until payment is verified.
• Payment verification may require a screenshot of your deposit slip sent via Viber or as a reply to our invoice email.
• Order status changes from unpaid → paid → delivered according to verification and fulfillment.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees apply to all orders and depend on delivery area and order value.
• Metro Manila delivery is typically a flat fee, while provincial delivery may scale per shipment box/value bracket.
• Displayed checkout totals include delivery fees unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on location, availability, and courier scheduling. Same-day delivery may be available for Metro Manila for payments verified before the posted cutoff time, subject to courier capacity and operational limitations.

Returns and Issues

Due to the nature of consumable goods and wholesale distribution, returns may be limited. For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist.
